Keep an eye out for the small sign hanging above the door of this discreet restaurant on a cobbled Old Town street, otherwise you might walk right on by. From the outside, its whitewashed walls give it something of a residential look, which is matched inside by an elegantly low-key dining room where seven linen-laid tables and comfy chairs set a homely tone. The surprise menu sees texture and acidity used to good effect in creative, sophisticated dishes; some are inspired by the owners’ childhood memories, such as the traditional pork, cabbage and lingonberry, which is elevated into a very personal dish.
